Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email or post). You are not required to use a specific form.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising if you chose a different delivery method than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
3. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be returned within 14 days after informing us of withdrawal
- Be unused and handled only to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
- Include original packaging where available
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered:
- Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
5. Exclusions from Withdrawal / Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery and therefore no longer suitable for resale
- Goods which have been opened or used after delivery and are no longer in a hygienically sellable condition
- Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at:
