Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

- Germany: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 4–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable fees are displayed before order completion.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible:

9. Partial Shipments

If a parcel is refused or not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund.

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, supplier delays, or natural events.
